Leslie Knowling, President Leslie and her husband Steve have lived in Millersburg for eight years after living in Wooster for twelve years. Leslie grew up in Wooster, graduated from Wooster High School and has a BSN in Nursing from The Ohio State University. Most of her working life has been spent in public health. She currently works for the Holmes County Health Department after working many years for the Wayne County Health Department. She is a member of the United Methodist Church in Wooster where she has served on many church committees. She and her husband have six children and eight grandchildren.
Jill Wickham, Vice-President
Jill is currently the Director, Organization Development - Finance, at the J.M. Smucker Company, where she has been employed since 1999. Jill has previously served on the boards of the Wayne County Hospice and Learn and Play Daycare. Jill currently resides in Wooster with husband Matt. Their son, Boomer is attending college. Matt is a CPA with Dyer, Hughes, Roche & Wilon. She has served on the board of Hospice of Wayne County in the past. Jill believes that the agencies of Liberty Center Connections (Every Woman's House & STEPS) do great work and she wants to contribute to their efforts.
Laurie Stickelmaier, Treasurer
Laurie has been Vice President for Finance and Administration at The College of Wooster since March 2009.Laurie has served for over 30 years in various financial, administrative and facilities management roles in the higher education and the non-profit worlds. Laurie holds a bachelors degree in Management and Accounting from the University of Illinois, a master’s degree in Accountancy from Bradley University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). She is currently a Board member on the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Village Network’s Finance Committee. She is married to Rich Stickelmaier and together they have 7 children, 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and Rosie, the beloved Yorkie. Rich and Laurie reside in Wooster.
Tricia Pycraft, Secretary
Tricia has been with Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston since 2002. A Wayne County native and graduate of Triway High School, Tricia attended Denison University where she graduated summa cum laude from the Honors Program, earning a degree in History in 1999. In 2002, she graduated with honors from the Ohio State University College of Law where she was a member of the Ohio State Law Journal. Tricia’s practice is concentrated in the areas of civil litigation, labor and employment law, and HIPAA compliance. In addition to the Liberty Center board, Tricia serves on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross Wayne County Chapter and chaired its Festival of Trees fundraiser in 2005 and 2006 and is also a member of the Wooster Noon Lions Club. Tricia lives in Wooster with her husband, Christopher, son, Caleb, and their Goldendoodle, Finley. She appreciates the time she has served on the board and having the opportunity to assist with these very important and worthy causes in our community.
Bobbi Douglas, Executive Director
Bobbi Douglas has been employed at STEPS since 1982 becoming Executive Director in 1985.She joined Every Woman’s House in 1997.Bobbi has a Bachelors in Social Science from the College of Wooster and a Masters in Social Science Administration from the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University.Bobbi believes she is honored to be part of the stories of recovery and survival that she witnesses in her work at STEPS and Every Woman’s House.Bobbi is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Professional Counselor.Bobbi was chosen as a Women of Achievement given by the City of Wooster and the Athena Award.She is the past President of Main Street Wooster and the Wooster Rotary Club.Bobbi is currently serving on the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce.She is originally from Norwalk Ohio.
Thomas C. Fenzl, MD
Tom and his wife, Joan, live in Wooster with their son, Tom, and daughter, Kimberly. He obtained his B.S. from the University of Notre Dame and his M.D. from Tulane University School of Medicine. Tom is an Ophthalmologist at the Wooster Eye Center. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Ohio Church Residences and served 7 years as past President for the United Way.
Sharon Marcanthony, M.D.
Sharon and her husband Nick recently moved to Wooster with their Westie,Dolce and cat, Noel. They are very happy to be living here and look forward to raising children here someday. She has worked in the field of women's health for the past 5 years and is very passionate about her work and commitment to getting involved in the community. Sharon graduated from Youngstown State University and received her M.D. from Northeastern Ohio Medical University.
Edgar Cody "Ted" Moore
Ted lives in Wooster with his wife of over 50 years, Laura Eugenia Harris. They have three grown children, six grandchildren, a rescued Poodle named Miya and an energetic miniature Schnauzer, Digby. He is currently retired but has been active serving on several boards of directors or trustees in the community over many years including the United Way and others doing work in the fields of substance abuse, homelessness, and violence against women. He currently serves on the United Way Allocation Committee.
Jon is Vice-President of Sales for the Wooster Brush Company. He has served on the several Boards of Directors and Trustees including Wooster Rotary, Wooster Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Wooster, Interfaith Housing and others. Jon brings experience from serving on Wooster City Schools Business Advisory Council, Wooster Area Leadership Group-College of Wooster, and various professional organizations. He brings an interest in the mission and services of the agencies of Liberty Center Connections (Every Woman's House & STEPS) with a special focus on the homeless situation in our community and the educational and mentoring programs that the agencies provide to the community.
Robbie was born and raised in Wooster where she lives with her husband Bill. Their son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Suzi Ross, live and work in Columbus with their two daughters, ages 4 and 1. Robbie currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Wooster Rotary Club. She has served in the past on the Boards of Directors for the Montessori School, The Village Network, Main Street Wooster (past chair), Wayne Development Council, and the Wooster YMCA. She is retired after working 37 years in banking, most recently from First Merit Bank. Robbie graduated with a B.S. in Education from Kent State University and has attended several banking schools throughout the years. She has a strong interest in protecting women and children who are victims of abuse, and educating them and the general public about options that are available to them. She also is interested in increasing services to those that experience substance abuse problems.

Cathy firmly believes in the importance of community involvement and supports the work of Liberty Center Connections (EWH & STEPS) in supporting women, individuals and families in crisis as well as in working together for substance-abuse free neighborhoods. Cathy and her husband, Steve, have three grown children. They are owner operators of Dairy Enterprises, Inc./Smith Dairy Products Co. She is a former Special Projects Coordinator for People to People Ministries and is past-president of their board of directors. Cathy has a B.A. from the College of Wooster.
Ray Tucker has been with The College of Wooster since fall of 2000 as a licensed professional clinical counselor providing services at the Student Wellness Center. Originally from Cleveland he worked for several years in the mental health field as a social worker and multi-systemic therapist with children and families. An alumni of Kent State and John Carroll Universities who studied in the field of psychology, counseling, and human services.
Mary is the Executive VP of Administration for TechniGraphics, Inc., a Wooster-based company she and her husband Dee began when they moved back to Wooster in 1993. They have three grown children. She served on the Wayne Center for the Arts Board in the past as well as the Online Selling Store Board and was a volunteer with the Hospice program.

Julia Fishelson, Emeritus
Julia is a lifelong resident of Wooster and has been involved with Every Woman's House since its inception. She provided a facility for the first shelter and significant funding to build the new shelter. Julia has also served on the Board of Planned Parenthood of North Central Ohio and the Wayne Center for the Arts. She is also active nationally in a number of arts, political, and women's rights organizations.
Donna Hodan, RN, Emeritus
Donna is a retired registered nurse. She was on the Every Woman's House Board for twelve years and created the Wayne County Friends and Neighbors group. She volunteered at the shelter for Every Woman's House and was involved in a variety of other community organizations.
John Kropf, Emeritus
John served on the Board of Trustees for twelve years. He is an attorney at the firm of Kropf, Wagner, Hohenberger and Lutz and is a lifelong resident of Orrville. He is a Director at First National Bank and is the President of Baldwin Wallace College Board of Trustees. John and his wife Judy are active in the United Church of Christ, both locally and nationally. They have two children. John actively solicits giving (both current and deferred) for Every Woman's House.
