Thomas C. Fenzl, M.D., President
Tom and his wife, Joan, reside in Wooster. Their son, Tom, resides in Columbus and daughter, Kimberly, lives in Chicago. Tom is an Ophthalmologist at the Wooster Eye Center. He obtained his B.S. from the University of Notre Dame and his M.D. from Tulane University School of Medicine. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Ohio Church Residences and served 7 years on the United Way Board.
Steven Bailey, Vice President
Steve is the Executive Vice-President for The Commercial & Savings Bank. He and his wife, Diana, moved to Millersburg in 2012 from Northeast Indiana afet he accepted this position. Steve and Diana have three children and five grandchildren. He attended Indiana University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree and Troy University where he received an M.B.A. Steve served on many boards while in Indiana and is excited to continue his community commitment here. He feels he has "been blessed to live in great, caring communities his whole life." "Giving back in such a meaningful way as serving on behalf of abuse victims is a privilege", he adds.

Robbie Ross, Secretary
Robbie was born and raised in Wooster where she lives with her husband Bill. Their son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Suzi Ross, live and work in Columbus with their two daughters, ages 4 and 1. Robbie currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Wooster Rotary Club. She has served in the past on the Boards of Directors for the Montessori School, The Village Network, Main Street Wooster (past chair), Wayne Development Council, and the Wooster YMCA. She is retired after working 37 years in banking, most recently from First Merit Bank. Robbie graduated with a B.S. in Education from Kent State University and has attended several banking schools throughout the years. She has a strong interest in protecting women and children who are victims of abuse, and educating them and the general public about options that are available to them. She also is interested in increasing services to those that experience substance abuse problems.
Bobbi Douglas,Executive Director
Bobbi Douglas has been employed at STEPS since 1982 becoming Executive Director in 1985.She joined Every Woman’s House in 1997.Bobbi has a Bachelors in Social Science from theCollege of Wooster and a Masters in Social Science Administration from the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University.Bobbi believes she is honored to be part of the stories of recovery and survival that she witnesses in her work at STEPS and Every Woman’s House.Bobbi is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Professional Counselor.Bobbi was chosen as a Women of Achievement given by the City of Wooster and the Athena Award.She is the past President of Main Street Wooster and the Wooster Rotary Club.Bobbi is currently serving on the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.She is originally from Norwalk Ohio.
Melissa Craemer Smith
Melissa is an attorney and a partner at Kropf Wagner Law Firm, LLP. She attended the University of Akron where she received both her BA and J.D. degrees. She and her husband, Barry Smith, are the proud parents of Hazelyn, Doralice and Grayson. Melissa is also serving as President of the Green Local School Board and has served on the boards of the Wayne County Bar Association as secretary/treasurer and on the Board of the Orrville/Dalton YMCA. She is happy to serve on the LCC Board of Trustees and states "the programming and benefits provided by LCC benefit the community economically and socially, and thus I feel a moral duty to support the organization".
Matt is the Chief of Police for the City of Wooster. He is a graduate of The College of Wooster, received a M.S. from Tiffin Universirty and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. Matt is very active in community affairs by serving on the CAC Board, the Medway Board and the WARCOG Board. Matt is anxious to serve on the Liberty Center Connections Board of Trustees to "promote understanding between agencies and to gain a different perspective".
Kim is an Associate Attorney with Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd. in their Millersburg office. She is a graduate of The College of Wooster and received her J.D. from The Ohio State University. Her reason for serving on the LCC Board of Trustees: "I am excited to be part of an organizationthat is so vital to our community". Kim also serves on the Holmes County Economic Development Council.
Emily Moorefield Mariola
Emily lives on a farm South of Wooster with her husband Mike and their four children. She is the owner of Flex Yoga Wooster. She previously owned Moorefield Pottery and is still a part-time artist and potter. Mike owns City Square Steakhouse and The Rail Restaurants in Canton, Fairlawn and North Olmsted. Emily is a College of Wooster Graduate and is very proud to serve on the Liberty Center Connections Board of Trustees. Says Emily, "I have long been interested in the incredible work done by STEPS and Every Woman's House. Our family has made a strong commitment to give back to the community we live in, and this is the perfect organization to be a part of."
Jon is Vice-President of Sales for the Wooster Brush Company. He has served on the several Boards of Directors and Trustees including Wooster Rotary, Wooster Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Wooster, Interfaith Housing and others. Jon brings experience from serving on Wooster City Schools Business Advisory Council, Wooster Area Leadership Group-College of Wooster, and various professional organizations. He brings an interest in the mission and services of the agencies of Liberty Center Connections (Every Woman's House & STEPS) with a special focus on the homeless situation in our community and the educational and mentoring programs that the agencies provide to the community.
Cathy firmly believes in the importance of community involvement and supports the work of Liberty Center Connections (EWH & STEPS) in supporting women, individuals and families in crisis as well as in working together for substance-abuse free neighborhoods. Cathy and her husband, Steve, have three grown children. They are owner operators of Dairy Enterprises, Inc./Smith Dairy Products Co. She is a former Special Projects Coordinator for People to People Ministries and is past-president of their board of directors. Cathy has a B.A. from the College of Wooster and and MA in Religion from the Ashland Theological Seminary.

Christina Walton is the current genealogy associate for the Wayne County Public Library. Christina has four children, Jessica, Jennifer, James and Eric and two grandchildren, Kaylie and Shelby. She's proud to serve on the Liberty Center Connections Board of Trustees to help in the prevention of domestic violence, help the victims and help those suffering from addiction. She wants to show her support and help make a difference in the community.
Amberly is the Vice President and Regional Manager for Farmer's National Bank. She and her husband, Frank, have three dogs (two greyhounds and a whippet) they stay busy keeping up with. Amberly is very community-minded and involved with many causes. In addition to the Liberty Center Connections Board of Trustees, she is alo on the boards or the Orrville Chamber of Commerce, the Orrville Public Library, the Heartland Education Steering Committee and the Orrville Area Bory and Girls Club. Amberly attended The University of Akron and The University of Phoenix. Amberly states that she serves as a trustee for Liberty Center Connections because she "believes in the mission and wants to do what she can to improve lives".

Donna Hodan, RN,Emeritus
Donna is a retired registered nurse. She was on the Every Woman's House Board for twelve years and created the Wayne County Friends and Neighbors group. She volunteered at the shelter for Every Woman's House and was involved in a variety of other community organizations.
John served on the Board of Trustees for twelve years. He is an attorney at the firm of Kropf, Wagner, Hohenberger and Lutz and is a lifelong resident of Orrville. He is a Director at First National Bank and is the President of Baldwin Wallace College Board of Trustees. John and his wife Judy are active in the United Church of Christ, both locally and nationally. They have two children. John actively solicits giving (both current and deferred) for Every Woman's House.
