VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR -- OneEighty is currenlly To develop a volunteer network that will provide supportive services to the organization. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Social Work or related field preferred. Knowledge of, domestic violence, sexual violence, substance abuse, and local community preferred. Preferred experience working on community projects. Ability to use a computer; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel and social media tools. InDesign knowledge preferred. Ability to compose and present material to groups of various ages and backgrounds, facilitate small group discussion, and use a variety of media and resources in presentations and alternative activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong teamwork and collaboration skills; organizational and time management skills. Must have a valid Ohio Driver License and maintain a driving record that allows the individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing OneEighty’s vehicle insurance. COORDINATED COMMUNITY RESPONSE SPECIALIST -- This full-time, exempt position provides board-based coordination and liaison efforts among a multi-disciplinary team responding to victims of domestic violence (DV), dating violence, stalking, and sexual assault including stranger, acquaintance, and DV rape (SA) in Wayne & Holmes Counties. The goal is to enhance the coordinated effort and improve the outcome of services/system responses. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related fieldrequired. Experience: Knowledge of the issues and experience in coordinating services for victims of domestic violence (DV), dating violence, stalking, and sexual assault including stranger, acquaintance, and DV rape (SA), and experience in community collaboration preferred. Personal Qualities: Good communication and interpersonal skills, hard-working, logical and thorough. Requirements: Must have a valid Ohio Driver License and maintain a driving record that allows the individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing OneEighty's vehicle insurance. Regular, local travel is required.
RESIDENTIAL OPENINGS -- We are currently looking for individuals to join our 24-hour women’s and men’s residential facilities who can assist clients in the recovery process and to oversee the general functioning of the house. Positions are also available at our Shelter to provide support and crisis intervention for survivors of domestic violence. Must be 21 years of age. High school diploma/GED is required for this position. Associates degree in social services preferred. Driver’s License, and a driving record allowing you to be insurable with our Insurance Company required. Part time, Full time, and PRN positons available. EOE.
RESIDENTIAL FILL- IN POSITIONS -- We are currently looking for men and women to join our team who are compassionate for our clients that could help oversee the general functioning of the house on a fill in basis. Many times these positions lead to permanent part-time or full-time positions with benefits. Associate Degree preferred. Driver’s License required.
